Check to see if any small pieces remain in the machine:Ĭheck the right or the left side space (B) inside the machine. If the paper tore while attempting to remove the jam, a piece may remain in the printer. Hold the jammed paper with both hands and pull it out slowly to avoid tearing. When you move the ink cartridge holder, slide it slowly. If you see paper under the holder, then move it to the right or left edge - whichever allows you to remove the paper. Make sure the jammed paper isn't under the ink holder. The machine can be damaged if the paper or your hands touch the clear film and blot or scratch it.
